No Harm, No Foul in Chris Tryba's Little Blunder

Tryba leads out with the first bet of 200, his opponent raises, and Tryba three-bets for 600. His opponent makes it 800, and Tryba caps it for 1,000 total. The cutoff calls the extra bet, and Tryba bets the river in the dark, while the dealer is still gathering the previous bets. He pats, and when his opponent pats, Tryba rolls his hand over. It looks strong, but it's only on the table for a second or so. He instantly realizes that his bet is still pending, so he hurriedly gathers his cards and puts them face-down again. The cutoff calls.
