A "Weird" Feeling About Chris Klodinicki
On a board of an opponent leads into Chris Klodnicki and the in position player calls to see the river.
The completes the board and Klodnicki's opponent quickly fires out another bet. Klodnicki isn't as quick though, delibratley reaching for chips, making it look as though he may raise before electing just to call.
His opponent tables which in most cases would have been good enough to scoop the pot.
But, Klodnicki tables , with his low falling short but his high getting their on the river with a superior straight.
"I had a weird feeling that the second I bet out you were going to show some weird eight-seven-ace hand." his opponent says, before taking in his half of the pot.
Klodnicki, who's second best career finish in the World Series of Poker was a second place finish in the 2012 $50,000 Poker Player's Championship, just smiles as he stacks up close to 35,000 chips.
