Omaha Makes an Early Appearance
The day one double header here at Harvey's Lake Tahoe continues with Event #2: $365 Pot-Limit Omaha Re-entry. Players will be allowed to fire unlimited bullets during the registration period, which closes around 8:30 pm. This will be the only Pot-Limit Omaha ring event to be played during the Circuit. Scheduled as a two-day endeavor, the tournament will cease play after Level 16 and all who remain will return Friday afternoon to determine a winner.
Here is a quick rundown of Event #2:
- Buy-in: $365
- Registration is open until the start of Level 9 (~8:30 pm)
- Unlimited re-entry is allowed during the registration period
- Players begin with 10,000 in tournament chips
- Blinds start at 25/50
- Levels 1-12 will be 30 minutes long, Levels 13-19 will be 40 minutes, and Levels 20+ will be 50 minutes
- There will be a 15-minute break after Level 4, 8, 12, 14, 19, 21, 25, and 27
- Play will end at the conclusion of Level 16
- Day 2 will resume at 2:00 pm on Friday
- Global Casino Championship points are awarded to all players earning a cash
- The winner will receive a WSOP Circuit gold ring
