Final 16 Players Take Their Seats; Day 2 Off and Running
The clock strikes 3 p.m. and Day 2 of Event #5, a $580 HORSE tournament, is underway. The event began yesterday with a decorated field that included bracelet winner Brandon Shack-Harris and Owais Ahmed. Following 16 levels, just 16 bagged and tagged set to return for today's restart.
Jim Juvancic leads the late stages of play while ring winners Wendy Freedman, Hussain Sajwani, Michael Sanders, Josh Turner and others are still alive with healthy stacks. Just the top 12 spots pay with the tournament's winner earning $15,149, a Circuit gold ring, 50 points toward the Casino Championship and a $1,675 Main Event seat added courtesy of the Horseshoe.
