Day 2 Underway with 37 Remaining and $38K Up Top

The 613-player starting field in Event #4, a $365 Monster Stack tournament, is down to the final 37 players and Day 2 is underway now. The top 10 is headlined by four-time ring winner Cory Waaland (pictured), WPT champion Ryan Van Sanford and chip leader Brian Conrad. Conrad claims 887,000 and sits in pole position with a $38,623 first prize up for grabs.

Cards are in the air for the second and final day of play now with blinds of 6,000/12,000 and a 2,000 ante. Each remaining player has locked up $717. In addition to the five-figure score, the winner earns a Circuit gold ring, 50 points toward the Casino Championship and a $1,675 Main Event seat added to the prize pool courtesy of the Horseshoe.
