The World Series of Poker Circuit returns to Horseshoe Council Bluffs between September 4 - 16.
Las Vegas, Nevada (September 3, 2024) - The World Series of Poker Circuit returns to Council Bluffs on Wednesday for twelve days of poker action.
The series will feature 16 ring events between September 4 - 16, starting tomorrow with two Circuit classics, the $250 No-Limit Hold'em Double Stack and the $400 No-Limit Hold'em Bounty event.
Other highlights on the schedule include the $400 Monster Stack (Sept. 10), the $400 Pot-Limit Omaha (Sept. 6), and, of course, the $1,700 MAIN EVENT.
The marquee event of the series will get underway on Friday, September 13. The $1,700 Main Event has two starting flights: September 13 and 14 at 11:00 AM. Omaha's David Hengen took down the WSOP Circuit Main Event at Council Bluffs last September to earn the 4th gold ring of his career. Hengen will serve as the reigning champion until this year’s Main event concludes, on the last day of the series, September 16.
WSOP's official Circuit Media Partner, Poker.org, will provide coverage of the full series with end-of-night chip count reports, interviews, highlights of big hands, and much more. Make sure to follow Poker.org on Twitter (@pokerorg) and Instagram (@poker_org_) to not miss any of the action.
All official gold ring winners from this WSOP Circuit stop will qualify for the invitation-only “Tournament of Champions," a $1 million freeroll event held at Commerce Casino at the end of the 2024/25 Circuit season. 2024/25 live- and online bracelet winners will also be eligible.
