LAKE TAHOE CIRCUIT STOP BEGINS ON THURSDAY

Harvey's Lake Tahoe hosts the next WSOP Circuit stop with 13 official gold ring events

Lake Tahoe, NV (October 22, 2019) - The next stop on the World Series of Poker Circuit starts on Thursday, October 24 at Harvey's in Lake Tahoe. This is one of 33 stops on the US Circuit, with 13 official gold ring events along with two unofficial Seniors Events for a total of 15 rings to be won. 

As always, two Global Casino Championship seats are up for grabs for the winner of the Main Event along with the Casino Champion, being the player with the most points collected in official ring events at this stop. The $1,700 Main Event will have two starting flights and one re-entry available per flight. This will run from Friday, November 1 through Monday, November 4. Last season, Scott Sanders topped a field of 442 entries and took home the largest chunk of the $669,630 prize pool, earning $147,314 and his second Circuit ring in three days.

Other highlights within this stop include a $400 No-Limit Hold'em multi-flight event with three starting flights beginning on October 25, multiple single-day $400 events and a $250 Pot-Limit Omaha tournament as well. For those looking for more action, the $400 No-Limit Hold'em Six-Handed event is on October 28. The much-anticipated $400 Monster Stack is scheduled for October 30 and will play out across two days. There is also a $600 No-Limit Hold'em event on October 31, and two $400 Double Stack events at the start and end of the Circuit stop.

  • Event #5: $400 No-Limit Hold’em 6-Handed - Monday, October 28, 11 a.m.
  • Event #6: $250 Pot-Limit Omaha (2 Days) - Monday, October 28, 4 p.m.
  • Event #7: $400 No-Limit Hold’em 8-Handed - Tuesday, October 29, 11 a.m.
  • Event #8: $400 No-Limit Hold’em Monster Stack (2 Days) - Wednesday, October 30, 10 a.m.
  • Event #9: $600 No-Limit Hold'em (2 Days) - Thursday, October 31, 11 a.m.

In addition to the ring events there will be satellites into all of the events, as well as daily No-Limit Hold'em events. There are also two Pot-Limit Omaha nightly tournaments, a Pot-Limit Omaha 8 or Better tournament as well as a Casino Employees event near the end of the Circuit stop.
