THE WSOPC RETURNS TO SOUTHERN INDIANA
The 12-day series kicks off Thursday, October 1 with the first of 12 gold ring events.
 
Elizabeth, Ind. (September 28, 2015) - The World Series of Poker Circuit is just wrapping up in West Palm Beach, Florida. With the conclusion of Florida series, begins the next stop on the Circuit - Horseshoe Southern Indiana. This stop on the Circuit has been a staple on the schedule since 2008. The series features 12 gold ring events including a turbo event, a bounty event and a Pot-Limit Omaha event. The series will conclude with a $1,675 Main Event.
 
The winner of the Main Event will earn an automatic bid to the 2016 Global Casino Championship. Joining the Main Event winner will be the Casino Champion. The Casino Champion is awarded to the player who earns the most points over the course of the 12 gold ring events. Last year's Casino Champion at this property was Woody Moore. Moore has collected 53 Circuit cashes over is WSOP career, which is good for second all-time. He earned last year's Casino Champion title by winning one prelim event, finishing 6th in the Main Event and 11th in another prelim event.
 
Along with the 12 gold ring events, the Horseshoe S. Indiana property will host $200 daily turbos and $135 Nightly No-Limit Hold'em tournaments. Each daily turbo will have added value with one Main Event seat being added to the prize pool. Main Event satellites begin Thursday, October 8.

New to this season, players are allowed to enter the Main Event up to four times, but no more than twice per flight. All other gold ring events, excluding Event #2 - No-Limit Hold'em Re-Entry, do not allow re-entry.
