The first day of the WSOP
Circuit at the Bicycle Casino winds down with the conclusion of its
first event. The $365 Monster Stack No Limit Hold’em event played 21
levels to trim the original 368 players down to the final 23.
Leading the pack heading
into Day 2 is Jeremy Yap with 817,000 in chips. Joining him atop the
chip counts are Kevin French, John Kral and Erich Karle with 504,000,
493,000 and 463,000 in chips, respectively.
The final 45 players
earned themselves a payday of at least a min-cash worth at least $500.
Everybody that is heading into Day 2 have guaranteed themselves a payday
of at least $915.
Day 2 of the Monster
Stack will start on Friday at 1 pm and will play down to a winner. While
everybody is guaranteed $915, the winner of the event takes home
$24,265, a Circuit ring and an early lead over the field in the Casino
Championship race.

As the series marches
forward, the second event of the series of starts on Friday in the form
of the $365 Black Chip Bounty No Limit Hold’em. Cards hit the felt at
noon and here are the details:
- Players start with 10,000 in tournament chips
- For every player you eliminate, you receive $100
- There are 10-minue breaks after every three levels, except for a 45-minute dinner break after level 12
- Levels 1-12 are 30 minutes long
- Levels 13-21 are 40 minutes long
- Day 1 will wrap up at the conclusion of level 21, at about 1:40 a.m.
- Survivors of Day 1 will come back on Saturday at 1 p.m. for Day 2 and play down to a winner
- Levels on Day 2 will be 50 minutes long

Two non-ring events also
take place on Friday, running simultaneously with the final day of the
Monster stack and Day 1 of the Black Chip Bounty.
At 3 p.m., there is a
$150 No Limit Hold’em with a $100,000 guaranteed prizepool with no
re-buys, no re-entries and no add-ons. If players registered on Monday,
November 30 between 3-9 p.m., they receive an extra 2,500 tournament
chips.
At 8:30 p.m., there is a
mega satellite to the $1,675 WSOP Circuit main event that starts on
Saturday, December 12. One seat into the main event is guaranteed.

Looking ahead to
Saturday, one of the bigger tournaments gets underway. The $365 No Limit
Hold’em re-entry event with four starting flights kicks off on Saturday
at noon. There are two starting flights on Saturday and Sunday with one
starting at noon and one at 5 p.m. on each day.
The survivors of their
respective starting flights come back on Monday at noon to play Day 2
and those survivors will play down to a winner on Day 3, which starts at
1 p.m. on Tuesday.
