Tuesday features the Event #4 and #5 final tables as well as Day 1 of Event #6.

- Monday saw Cody Pack take down the Harrah's Cherokee opening event for $117,991 and his fourth career gold ring. It has been a memorable year for Pack. He won his first career gold ring here in Cherokee last year and has been on fire ever since. More on Pack's big win can be found on WSOP.com.
Monday's other gold ring winner was Roongsak Griffeth. He entered the Event #3 - $580 No-Limit Hold'em final table as the chip leader and was able to ride is lead to victory. He defeated gold ring winner, Kevin Sherrill, heads-up for the title. The win earned Griffeth his first career WSOP Circuit gold ring and $41,169.

Looking ahead to Tuesday there will be two more gold ring winners. Event #4 - $365 No-Limit Hold'em Six Max and Event #5 - $365 Pot-Limit Omaha are getting close to the final tables and will be done by the end of the day.
James Adams leads Event #4 with 10 players remaining. The returning players are all guaranteed a minimum payout of $2,594 with the eventual champion earning $29,462. Day 2 will begin at 2 p.m.

Event #5 - $365 Pot-Limit Omaha will see 13 players return for Day 2 and a shot at the gold ring. Day 2 begins Tuesday at 3 p.m. and poker action will continue until a winner is reached. John Holley and Joshua Reichard currently sit fifth and sixth in the chip counts respectively. Both players are looking for their first gold ring in PLO. Holley won his first career gold ring in a PLO/PLH mixed event in 2011.

There is only one new gold ring event starting Tuesday and that is Event #6 - $365 No-Limit Hold'em. It is a two-day tournament and there is a $50,000 guaranteed prizepool.
Event #6 - $365 No-Limit Hold'em - Day 1 - 11 a.m.
- Players begin with 10,000 chips
- Blinds begin at 25/50
- Registration remains open until the beginning of Level 9 (~3:30 p.m.)
- Re-entry is not allowed
- Levels 1-12 are 30 minutes long, levels 13-21 are 40 minutes long and levels 22+ are 50 minutes long
- There is a one hour dinner break after Level 12 (~6:45 p.m.)
- Day 1 is scheduled to last 21 levels
- Day 2 begins Wednesday at 2 p.m.
- $50,000 guaranteed prizepool
